isn't working or that it's not trying to guide you.
Instead, it's because you didn't understand your intuition,
didn't know it was giving you a message or refused to listen to it.
The most common reason for making the wrong choice
or not getting what you want is that you don't understand
when your intuition is sending you a message or you don't
understand the message - you just didn't see it.
Your intuition communicates in many ways, you just have to learn
to pay attention and recognize its messages.
Your intuition can communicate through a friend, a colleague,
your partner/spouse, a relative, a newspaper, radio, television
a gut feeling - it will communicate in many different forms.
In order to get that intuitive guidance you first have to
work with your intuition and this means asking for
what you want in a simple but specific way.
Here's how you work with your intuition.
Think of what you want.
Then begin doing what you can to make it a reality.
After a while take a break, let go by doing something
completely different.
Don't give up, just take a break.
When you get an urge to do something that will
help you accomplish your goals go ahead but pay attention.
Listen to what others say, listen to what others suggest,
see every little thing that unfolds as an
opportunity to help you achieve your goal.
Trust the process.
Trust that you're always being guided to what
you want and that you will get there when
you make it a priority.
Then see what happens.
It works. I've seen it work in my life many, many times.

Here's a personal example of how intuition works.
For the past year we've been trying to find the right
people to help us build a new home.
We started by meeting with so called builders
but none of them had the right vision for our home.
So we tried another approach and decided to hire an architect
to design the house, then find the contractors to put it together.
We narrowed our search down to 2 architects.
And we really weren't sure which one to choose.
We wanted to make the right choice because this is a large project.
We were leaning toward one firm but we wanted to
give the other firm a real chance to compete for the bid simply
because we felt they had the experience.
So what happened?
We worked with the process I just outlined and then we let
things go by just leaving it alone.
Then one day we talked about our plans and decided to do a
follow up and issue some deadlines to the prospective architects.
Here's what our intuition did.
It made the choice really easy because one firm never got back to
us on a formal proposal.
We issued a deadline and they didn't respond.
The choice was easy and we have our architect working on the design.
I'll let you know how things turn out but we're pretty confident
that we made the right choice.
And I say that because I used the exact same steps
I just outlined to get the intuitive guidance we needed.
Sometimes your intuition guides you directly.
Sometimes it makes the choice obvious.
Sometimes your intuition communicates through a friend or
somebody you know and trust.
You have to be open minded and willing to explore all options.
